1. I haven’t heard of HeyLocation before. Since when does the software exist?

HeyLocation is used by relevant operators of charging infrastructure as a software to plan charging infrastructure. Since 2016, in the middle of Berlin, we build and extend HeyLocation as a software solution to organise, keep track of and document rollout processes of charging infrastructure.

2. I cannot find the price on the website. How much does HeyLocation cost?

We offer our customers and individual solution. This does not fit with pre-defined pricing packages. Request your individual offer.

3. I want to cancel my contract with HeyLocation. What do I have to do?

We regret that you want to cancel your contract with HeyLocation. Please send an e-mail to hello@heylocation.com or call us at +49 (0)30 652 157 311.

4. I want to test HeyLocation without committing to it yet. How can I do this?

We are glad that you want to try HeyLocation. To use the software’s full feature set, please order your software presentation here.

5. I want to fully commit to the HeyLocation enterprise environment. What do I have to do exactly?

6. Our company has special processes. Is HeyLocation able to adjust to the requirements?

The software adjusts to the individual needs and requirements of your company. You can, for example, easily record your tasks which are important to your rollout process.

7. We are missing some of the software’s features. What can I do if HeyLocation does contain all of the features I want?

Using the enterprise environment of HeyLocation, you are able to submit requests concerning missing features and functionality. Together with you and our team of developers we will find a solution. Here you can find an up-to-date overview of all features.

8. I am looking for software with a flexible duration. What is the minimum contract period of HeyLocation?

The minimum term is 12 months.

9. The website languages are english and german. Do different language versions of the software exist?

At the moment HeyLocation can be implemented using english or german. Other languages can of course be added.

10. We do not want to use the SEPA direct debit scheme. Are there other payment options?

Other than the SEPA direct debit scheme we also offer payment by invoice.

11. Our company is not situated in Germany. Is it possible to use a different currency on the invoice?

Using different currencies on the invoice is of course possible, contact us in advance concerning this.

12. Our company is not situated in Berlin. Do you offer software instruction courses and trainings at other locations than Berlin?

We of course offer instruction courses and trainings at locations other than Berlin. Another possible solution is the training of employees via screencast presentations.

13. Our company is entitled to input tax deductions. Do you include the value-added tax in the invoice?

Yes, we add the value-added tax to invoices.

14. We use our own ERP/CRM system. Is a connection to HeyLocation possible?

To use all of the software’s features there are no special system requirements like operating systems or end-user devices. It also isn’t required to install an app. You can request an evaluation of the possibility of connecting other systems.

15. We use multiple operating systems in our company. Is HeyLocation independent of operating systems / end user devices?

To use all of the software’s features there are no special system requirements like operating systems or end-user devices. It also isn’t required to install an app.

16. Our company places high value on privacy. How secure is our data at HeyLocation?

All data are saved in their own encrypted and SSL secured database. 100% of your data stay in Germany to also guarantee the compliance with german privacy laws (in accordance with BDSG).

17. I would like to receive up-to-date information about HeyLocation. Does a newsletter exist?
